It’s International Coaching Week! This week we will be sharing inspiring stories around the power and impact of professional coaching and we hope you’ll follow along.
This year’s theme from the International Coaching Federation is “Reimagine the Future” and we have found that quite fitting given the events of the past few years. No one has gone untouched by the events of the pandemic and the rapid changes happening around the globe. Never before has there been a better time to be coached or to become a coach.
At Coach Advancement by Tracy Sinclair, we are excited to share with you testimonies from coaching clients, organisations building coaching cultures, and our alumni coaches about the power and impact that coaching has had in their personal and professional lives.
Here’s what a few of our alumni have had to say:
“There is a lot more to becoming a Great Coach than reading a book or attending one or two coaching seminars. Learning from Coach Advancement has been by far the best way of training to become a coach, learning the ICF Core Competencies and then putting those competencies into practice. The hands-on coaching practice, after seeing demos of the skills imparted, enabled me to pivot from being a Coach to a Great Coach. As soon as I started to pursue my dream of coaching, my life woke up, and just like that, everything started to have a meaning to me. Nothing became impossible, and impossible meant nothing to me.“
—Femi, Scrum Master and Agile Coach
“Developing internal coaching capability is important for an organisation as it promotes a culture where employees and leaders feel empowered to take accountability for their own decisions, thinking for themselves and encouraging others to do the same. By developing coaching capability in-house, there are long-term significant savings compared to the cost of using external coaching suppliers. I’ve seen coaches grow in stature and confidence and be highly motivated to complete their programmes. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Coach Advancement by Tracy Sinclair.”
— Debbie, Leadership Development Manager
“Learning and developing your coaching skills with Coach Advancement is a privilege, a joy and an inspiration. Their passion for Gold Standard Coaching is contagious. The facilitators have a wonderful ability to encourage you to excel as a coach so that you can give your best to your clients.”
—Lara, Executive Coach
