Karen Dean, MCC has been working as a professional coach with senior leaders worldwide for more than 30 years. Karen’s practice is focused on individuals and teams, and she is a trained supervisor of coaches.
Karen is the originator of the me:my™team method for accelerating team performance. This is a process for team leaders and coaches working with teams to prepare for and conduct structured, inclusive conversations. The method accelerates team performance with better business outcomes. This uses the me:my™team diagnostic to assess and then track progress. me:my™teamfeedback tool incorporates external input. Karen designed me:my™coach to support coaches in self-supervising.
Karen is co-author of Coaching Stories: Flowing and Falling of Being a Coach (2019). She has authored many articles and was awarded ‘Joint Winner—Best Feature Article’ in Coaching at Work magazine in 2016 and shortlisted in 2017. Karen has been featured on a number of podcasts and was interviewed in a 2-part production of ‘The Workplace’ on London arts radio station, Resonance FM, where she was invited to share her expertise, knowledge and insights from working with teams.
