Gillian Gabriel, ACC

Gillian Gabriel, ACC is a programme facilitator and coach with Coach Advancement.

Gillian is a coaching supervisor and experienced coaching skills facilitator. Through her work, Gillian empowers others to live a life where their outer reality is aligned to their inner desires. She works with coaching clients employed across a number of industries and organisations spanning management, leadership and director-level roles. In addition, she supervises internal and independent coaches keen to further develop themselves and their practice. Gillian believes in coaching and supervision as powerful tools of reflection, self discovery, awareness, realisation and action planning. Gillian worked in the John Lewis Partnership (JLP) for 26 years of which 19 were in management and leadership roles where she worked with teams from four to 100 across shops and the head office. She experienced the challenge of which style to use when in an ever changing context. Twenty one years of her JLP experience were in Learning & Development where she designed and delivered learning strategies, propositions, programmes and solutions for employees across a variety of roles and groups. She lived the shift, supported by technology, within L&D from instructional training to co-created facilitation and self-led learning. Personal growth has always been at the heart of who she is, firmly believing she is here to learn with, from and alongside others.
