Mentor Coaching Competencies for ICF Credentialing
Credit for Prior Learning Path:
This is a virtual 2-day programme providing Mentor Coaches with the additional 10 hours of Mentor Coach Education as required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application via this path.
The programme will include exploring and working with:
- Mentor Coaching Competencies
- MCS Handbook
- Mentor Coaching Process
- ICF Performance Evaluation and Measurement Criteria.
- Mentor Coaching Package structures
- Group and 1-1 Mentor Coaching
- One or several Mentor Coaches
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Mentor Coaches
- Q&A
The programme will also involve some pre-reading and reflective exercises.
Prerequisites for joining this programme are as follows:
- Participants must hold a minimum of an ICF ACC Credential that has been renewed at least once or an ICF PCC or MCC Credential.
- Participants must be actively engaged as a Mentor Coach.
- Participants must have completed the ICF ACC BARS and/or the ICF PCC Marker training, depending upon which credential(s) levels you wish to offer Mentor Coaching services for.
- Summer 2026: July 7 & 8, 2026, 9am – 5pm (UK time)
- Autumn 2026: Sept 30 & Oct 1, 2026, 9am – 5pm (UK time)
