Lara Langman, PCC is a the Alumni Community Manager and a coach with Coach Advancement.

Lara started her career as a corporate and banking lawyer. After practising law for a few years, the desire to support people’s growth and development grew stronger and louder. It was time for a career transition. For the last 20 years, Lara has worked globally in the learning and development arena, supporting executives in achieving their career ambitions. As an Executive Coach, Lara partners with her clients addressing different topics such as leadership, communication, engagement, emotional intelligence, finding purpose and joy in the workplace and work/life balance. Lara has proudly been part of the Coach Advancement by Tracy Sinclair team since 2017. In her spare time, Lara loves exploring great escapes with her family and friends and muddy walks with her fun and cheeky Miniature Schnauzer, Bailey.
