Ethics Think Tank

Virtual CPD Programme

Programme Outline

Ethical practice is a key part of the backbone of professional coaching and underpins our integrity, professionalism and reputation and will inevitably inform both the quality and safety of the work we do with our clients.

The Coach Advancement Ethics Think Tank is an opportunity for like-minded practitioners to come together to think and talk ethics!

Programme Objectives

  • Bring the ICF Code of Ethics alive and make it tangible and accessible.

  • Discover how the ICF Code of Ethics and other related resources can be a source of guidance and support to aid our thinking on complex situations.

  • Engage in open dialogue to explore real or potential ethical considerations or concerns in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Broaden our awareness and perspectives around what ethics and ethical practice mean for us.

  • Gain input from others as a way of adding to our own thinking.

  • Ask questions to clarify our understanding of certain aspects of ethical practice.

  • Identify opportunities for us to deepen our practice as coaches through ethical principles.

Programme Format

These are virtual interactive 60-minute sessions for a maximum of 10-15 coaches on each session.
