Nickie Rose, ACC is a coach for Coach Advancement.

Nickie is a coach, leadership and management consultant with 30 years of experience working in large corporate organisations. During this time, Nickie gained huge satisfaction from managing, leading and developing others. This led to a career transition from working as a social researcher to becoming Head of Learning and Development before setting up her own consultancy. Nickie is currently working with organisations and individuals to support them to be at their best.

As an Executive Coach, Nickie works as a ‘thinking partner’, creating space for clients to explore and realise their potential. Recognising from first-hand experience how hard it can be to step back to identify what we need to do to perform at our best, Nickie provides much-needed time, space, challenge and reflection to help clients to see their potential and confirm what they need to do to make that a reality.

When not working, Nickie loves the outdoors and being surrounded by nature. A keen walker, photographer, wildlife watcher and traveller, Nickie is happiest when combining them all. To combine her love for nature with work, in addition to coaching clients online and in-person, Nickie also offers Outdoor Coaching sessions.
