Tracey Turmel, PCC

Tracey Turmel, PCC is a programme facilitator with Coach Advancement.

Tracey has been at the fore-front of coaching in the Channel Islands since 2002, and established her business coaching practice, CIEC, in 2004, specializing in high-impact, 1-to-1 coaching for directors, senior managers, business owners and teams. 

Tracey is passionate about promoting professional coaching in Jersey and has been interviewed on Channel TV, local radio and numerous publications including the JEP and Business Brief. 

Clients include key employees within a diverse range of organisations and sectors, in Jersey and Guernsey as well as internationally. Tracey has been privileged to have coached and facilitated workshops in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada and Mauritius. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

Her office in Jersey, which is designed specifically to offer a discrete and welcoming coaching environment, is at 20 Hill Street, in the heart of St. Helier. By encouraging clients to leave their own work-place behind, they are able to ‘step away from the business, in order to work on it’.
